A: All of our products are part of a medically supervised skin care regime managed by physicians. Your physician can determine which treatment regimen is best for you based on your skin condition, previous procedures, and lifestyle for optimal results.

Q: Does your TNS product work well with other non prescription skin care products?
A: SkinMedica specially formulates our products to work together. While you may use our products in conjuction with your current skin care regime, you may not see the same results.

Q: Why is TNS only sold through a physician's office?
A: TNS contains the highest concentration of the ingredient NouriCel™ that is available. The TNS Recovery Complex® is part of an overall supervised skin care regime determined by your physician to fit your individual needs.

Q: What do I do if I need to return a product?
A: All SkinMedica products are 100% guaranteed. Should you feel the need to return a product simply go to the physican where it was purchased. Due to our agreements with our dispensing physicians, we are unable to accept returns directly.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions?
A: You should always contact your physician for any questions pertaining to your skin care regime. Only they are familiar with your medical history and skin type.
